 ale participants from the Global South.\n\nRCCC aims to foster future rese
 arch by utilizing state-of-the-art methods in climate modeling\, regional 
 and local climate impacts\, and risk assessment. The conference is designe
 d to be held biannually\, rotating between Sri Lanka and Thailand.\n\nKey 
 paper submission tracks include regional and local climate change adaptati
 on studies\, integrated modeling for climate-resilient water systems\, pol
 icy and governance in adaptation\, coastal climate change\, remote sensing
  in impact assessment\, and the intersection of climate science with adapt
 ation and financing\, particularly for the Global South.
