This November, Banyan Tree Bangkok hosts "Perú Mucho Gusto," a five-evening culinary event showcasing the vibrant flavors and stories of Peru with six guest chefs.
From November 11 to 13, enjoy a Peruvian dinner buffet at Romsai, featuring Santiago Fernández, Abel Ortiz Alvarez, and Franco Aldana. Explore a variety of dishes at your own pace in a relaxed garden setting.
On November 14 and 15, Vertigo TOO on Level 60 presents a six-course Nikkei dinner. Chefs Akira Oshita, Pier López, and Rodrigo Serrano will collaborate on a menu that blends Japanese techniques with Peruvian ingredients, telling a story of migration and belonging.
