Thailand Yoga Art & Dance celebrates its 10th anniversary with the biggest event of its kind in Thailand. This three-day wellness and travel event takes place from September 25th to 27th, 2026, at the Avani Ratchada Hotel in Bangkok.
Attendees can enjoy a wide variety of classes across 12 rooms, led by 62 instructors from 14 different countries. With a total of 130 classes available, the program includes diverse yoga styles (Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, etc.), Pilates, Thai Boxing, Zumba, various dance forms, sound healing, Tai Chi, Qigong, and even Thai cooking classes.
Each evening offers unique activities. The first night features a "Rock Star Dress" dinner party. The second night includes a bus tour to Chinatown for street food, and the third night concludes with a trip to a night market for shopping and more street food.
