Play Death is a theatrical production presented as part of the Annual Thesis Theatre Festival 2026 by the Branch of Dramatic Arts and Creative Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
The play, written by Natthapol Pho-kaew, tells the story of eight close friends. They embark on a final trip to an old house in Phatthalung to celebrate their graduation.
Set amidst a wooden house in a rubber plantation, their night of joy slowly descends into mystery. Strange events, Nora music, and the presence of sacred objects lead to a fateful dare that results in death. The friends are left to wonder if their past actions or an unknown, mystical force is playing a deadly game with them.
